A true superfood, maca is an antioxidant that naturally balances hormones, improves mood, increases libido and fertility, and it provides a clean energy boost that won’t leave you dragging. With gut-healthy tahini—a great source of healthy fat, calcium, vitamins E and B, and protein— and creamy coconut milk, this amazing latte is the perfect combination of healthy and heavenly!

1 cup coconut milk
2 teaspoons maca powder
1 teaspoon tahini sesame paste
1 teaspoon vanilla
To sweeten, add 1 teaspoon rice malt syrup to taste (optional)

Place all ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat and stir, whisking until combined and just warm. Then pour into a heat proof blender and blend for a few seconds until frothy. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and a little cinnamon on top.
