Hyperbiotics Prebiotic Powder seemed to improve the health and efficiency of my digestive tract and I noticed that I had less intestinal gas while I was using the powder. I found it somewhat inconvenient to incorporate into my diet. I don't consume smoothies which would be the easiest way to use the powder. I tried sprinkling it on oatmeal which was okay but I would have preferred a tablet or gummy presentation.
Prebiotic good for you
I like it and I think it's helpful to my gut microbiota.
