I have tried a variety of probiotics over the years and absolutely nothing is as effective as Hyperbiotics. I used to take the Pro-15 when I first found Hyperbiotics and loved that. Because of a variety of reasons I wound up not taking any probiotics for a couple of years. When I returned earlier this year (2022), this Pre+Pro had been added to their product line-up. I take great comfort in knowing that the probiotics I need to take have the food they need to survive and thrive. I am back to religiously taking my daily probiotic and it makes such a difference. Fast forward to now...we just moved. And in the process of moving, my bottle of Pre+Pro got lost in the shuffle. The approximate two weeks it took me to find my stash left me knowing without a doubt just how much this little capsule does for me. I can't say enough positives and I know I am a subscriber for life!
