In fact, there are a lot of medications like birth control, hormone replacers, NSAIDS, antacids and others that can have a detrimental impact on your gut flora.
Only take what’s truly necessary and pay attention to the ingredients in your food and medicine to understand how they could be playing a major role in your gut health (or lack thereof).
