This dairy-free (and added sugar-free!) take on your favorite frozen treat is brimming with gut-healthy ingredients, like prebiotic-packed blueberries, healthy gut nourishing fats in avocado and coconut milk, and detoxifying lemon juice. • 1 tablespoon Heal Your Gut Powder (optional)
• 1 cup frozen blueberries

•1/4 cup coconut milk
•1/2 teaspoon alcohol-free vanilla extract

•Juice of 1/2 lemon 

•1/2 medium avocado, pitted and peeled

Purée all the ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
