This tropical cocktail is supercharged with antioxidant-rich cilantro and mango, which is loaded with vitamin C. There’s also avocado, which is a great source of monounsaturated (healthy) fats, and potassium (twice as much as bananas), vitamin E, folate, and fiber.
So, if you’re having one of those days where you could use a little rejuvenation and the seashores seem too far away, this smoothie is certain to help—it’s basically a gut-friendly getaway in a glass!
• 2 cups unsweetened coconut milk
• 1 cup fresh or frozen mango
• ½ avocado
• few sprigs of fresh cilantro
• juice of one lime
• 1 scoop of Organic Prebiotic Powder
• (Ice if using fresh mango)
